As part of my commitment to providing exceptional service and accommodating all clients' needs, I have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

In the event of a cancellation within the 24 hour period, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost. This charge is designed to offset the loss of business resulting from the short notice and the unavailability of the time slot for other clients.

By booking this appointment, you are agreeing to the terms of service and acknowledging and accepting the terms of the cancellation policy.
